Webster City Wedding

Webster City is a city in Hamilton County, Iowa, United States. The population was 8,176 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Hamilton CountyGR6. Frigidaire has a large plant here manufacturing washing machines and employs about 2,000. The town is remarkable for being a county seat without any courthouse square; the county buildings have been banished to the far south side, near the four-lane Highway 20 bypass. Webster City is located at a junction of lines of the Canadian National and Union Pacific Railroads.

Webster City is located at 422759N, 934914W (42.466300, -93.820582)GR1. The Boone River runs through the east side of town, and has some good paddling waters between here and its confluence with the Des Moines River.
